General :-

• Please be ensured that this bill needs to be accompanied with the Jewellery for all further transactions. We will only entertain with the person on whose name the invoice has been issued.
• Customer should check weight of the jewellery at the store at the time of delivery of item purchased. No claim of difference of weight with the invoice will be entertained thereafter.
• For any purchase above INR Two Lakh on a single day or related to same product on multiple date, a copy of PAN Card of the customer is mandatory. We do avoid receiving cash of INR Two Lakh and more from a person in a day or in respect of a single transaction as per the rules of Government of India. The rest of the amount can be paid through Bank, Card or other eligible payment methods.
• If any payment is made by cheque or demand draft, delivery of the item purchased will be made only after realization of the product amount by Dacca Jewellers.
• We do avoid cash refund as per the rules of Government of India.

Exchange :-

• In case of Dacca Jewellers 22K 916 Hallmarked Jewellery certified from Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS); no deductions will be made from the value of gold while exchange in the respective branch within seven (7) working days.
• We shall be able to exchange jewellery of same value of invoice, if the jewellery is brought back in the respective branch in same condition in which it was sold within seven (7) working days from the date of invoice. We will not be able to make full value exchange if the jewellery sold has been tampered, altered, misused, broken or repaired in anyway.
• Jewellery will have to be purchased against the full value of the product returned during exchange. New invoice would be billed as per as GST rules applicable.
• Making & other charges, tax and value of stones, beads and pearls and any discount given on the original invoice will be completely deducted.
• Customer Order Product and Modified Ready Product will not be considered for Dacca Jewellers Exchange Policy. Instead the product can be Re-Purchased against a new sale/invoice.
• You must present the original invoice and tag at the time of exchange. If the same is not produced additional deduction will be made on the final invoice.
• Diamond Jewellery must be exchanged with Diamond Jewellery only.

Customer Orders/bookings :-

• You may place an order/booking on minimum fifty percent (50%) advance of the product value.
• The customer ordered/booked product needs to be collected within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Otherwise the order/booking will be automatically cancelled and the applicable making charge will be deducted. In that case; the customer can Re-Order/Re-Book or the remaining amount will be settled in the next sale/invoice.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances the date of delivery may fluctuate for at least seven (7) days.

Dacca Jewellers is compassionate, determined and dedicated to provide the best of service to its valued customers to achieve utmost customer satisfaction which is the paramount consideration, however the terms and conditions can be changed without any prior notice as per the guidelines of Government of India. In case of any grievance the customer is requested to reach out to the customer care representative of the company for speedy remedy.
